This silver impregnated nylon mesh fabric is very good at blocking common wireless signals.
Blocks 5G High-Band (millimeter waves) fairly well.
It is highly conductive on the outside.
It also blocks the electric fields very well if grounded (ungrounded it will usually increase them to some extent at least).
It will not block the magnetic fields (most fabrics do not).
The mesh allows a fair amount of air and light to pass through it.
Some people are concerned that the silver can slowly shed from the fabric over time.
It can discolor over time.
